Team leaders spotlight

Let's meet some of the AMC Team Leaders!

Fatiema Simons

How did you become a Team Leader?
When I first joined AMC 5 years ago, I recruited two new team members on my very first day. By the end of the month, I had successfully recruited 5 more people! Through this I earned various incentives, which inspired me to sign up anyone who showed interest.

Anisha Naidoo

What's your favourite part about being a Team Leader?
There are many things I love about being a Team Leader. I have a passion for helping others to grow and succeed. I like to lead by example and inspire my team to set goals and make things happen.

Thora Madola

What's your goal as a Team Leader?
To recruit as many enthusiastic and active consultants as possible and provide them with the right training and motivation. I am also working hard to become a Field Manager and ultimately an Area Manager.

Palesa Molefe

What advice do you have for someone wanting to become a Team Leader?
My advice would be to prioritise both personal sales and recruiting, there is significant money to be made here. Also, always keep the bigger picture in mind - you are building your own empire! Finally, don’t forget that consistency is key.
