You don't have to purchase an additonal lid holder when you have AMC cookware. The AMC lid is designed to fit perfectly between the handle and the rim of the cookware for safe storage during cooking. This keeps your counters clear and dry.

Waterseal
Our lid forms an essential part in cooking the AMC way. The design creates a perfect waterseal when cooking over medium to low temperatures, ensuring that you can cook waterless and fat-free.

Base for cookware
Your cookware does not only deliver delicious and tasty meals but can also be used when serving your food. The AMC lid can be inverted to create a stable base for your cookware from which to serve. This also insulates the base and keeps the food warmer.
*This is not possible with domed lids.
