Our Gourmet range of cookware is not intended to be used solely for oven roasting but rather a combination of stove-top cooking and grilling or roasting in the oven. The lid must be removed when placing your unit in the oven as the Visiotherm® cannot be exposed to high temperatures. However, if a lid is preferred, the stainless steel lid knob can be fitted to your lid. Always remember that the stainless steel handles and lid knob will become hot when exposed to heat and oven gloves are required to remove the unit from the oven and when lifting the lid.
