24 cm Steamer

A versatile steamer that fits in your 24 cm AMC cookware. Use to steam foods without direct contact to heat or cook another "layer" of food. Cook rice or potatoes in your cookware and then steam more tender vegetables above this, in the AMC Steamer at the same time. You could also use the steamer for keeping food warm or to gently reheat food. We've also made steamed bread in with it, find our recipe here.
